Video Shoot

At my other job, I type all day. As a result, blogging kind of loses it's lustre. Lucky for me, I have a PC but Hollie has a Mac. A Mac with Photobooth, which is really the most exciting thing to me ever. Videos do not lose their lustre. Probably because I'm vain, but I'm ok with that. It's fun.

Here are some of my favorite videos:

This is one of our first art-crawl videos, and probably my favorite video ever because we both felt like crap, thought we looked like crap, and just generally wanted to take naps. Too bad we had to stand and make small talk for many many hours.

Back before Hollie's laptop got stolen, we had a series of ridiculous videos where we just looked at ourselves on camera. I think this might have been because I found one of Hollie checking herself out, and it became a joke after that, but my memory is fuzzy here.

This is Gabby. She came to visit from Vancouver and worked at our store for a week while Hollie and I were both working elsewhere. Gabby and I wanted to make an elaborate video for Hollie where we pretended to die at the end, but we kept screwing it up, and then Hollie arrived earlier than expected, and well.. you saw the end.

This was taken today, because Hollie left her laptop at the store. I was excited. It's less funny when you make a video by yourself, but I do make some important announcements in it, and I get to communicate with Hollie, so that's good.

I don't think we've mentioned it yet, but Hollie now works at the store 11am-1:45pm, and then I come in from 2pm - 6pm, so we just miss each other. Hollie works in Toronto every night until 11pm, so we basically never see each other anymore. I don't know what to do with myself.
