By all accounts, Halloween was a pretty amazing weekend. I went out three nights in a row and wore a different costume each night. That's like some sort of record for me.
Although I probably put the most effort into my costume on Friday night (Blossom!), I had the most fun BY FAR in my costume on Saturday. In a last-minute costume finding crunch, Gabby and I ran to Dollarama, blew about $20 on glow sticks, candy necklaces, ugly jewelry and kids stuff to wear in our hair, and spent the night dressed as Rave Kids.
There were at least a few instances of some people not knowing I was wearing a costume, and just mistaking me for an honest-to-goodness raver. I think that has something to do with all the crazy dancing I did all night.
Hollie took this video of us dancing at the Hallowizeen show that we went to. I hope we can do a post on this venue sometime in the future. Amazing.

ReplyDeleteNo.. it was a dj night. I think the music was part of the reason people didn't know we were in costume.
